Features a 31.1V reverse breakdown voltage and 45.4V clamping voltage, handling up to 110A max surge current. Operates across a -55°C to 175°C temperature range with low 2uA leakage current. Supplied in a P-600 case with axial termination for through-hole mounting, packaged on tape and reel.
