Supervisory circuit IC with a single voltage monitoring channel. Features a reset threshold voltage range of 4.25V to 4.5V, with an overvoltage threshold at 4.5V and undervoltage threshold at 4.25V. Operates within a supply voltage range of 1.2V to 5.5V, consuming a maximum supply current of 60uA. This through-hole mount component is packaged in an 8-pin DIP, suitable for through-hole mounting. Reset functionality is available in both active high and active low configurations with a 130ms reset timeout.
