Surface mount supervisory circuit with a SOT-23-5 package. Monitors a single voltage with a reset threshold of 4.375V, adjustable between 4.25V and 4.5V. Features active-low, totem-pole output and a 140ms reset timeout. Operating supply voltage ranges from 1V to 5.5V with a typical supply current of 10uA. Includes a watchdog timer and is RoHS compliant.
