Surface mount battery backup circuit, featuring a single channel supervisory function. Monitors one voltage with a reset threshold range of 4.25V to 4.5V, and an overvoltage threshold of 4.5V. Operates from 1.2V to 5.5V supply voltage with a maximum supply current of 55uA. Provides an active low, totem-pole output with a 200ms reset timeout. Packaged in a lead-free SOIC case, supplied on tape and reel.
