Full-duplex RS-232 transceiver IC supporting 3Mbps data rates. Features two drivers and two receivers within an 8-pin configuration, operating from a 3V to 5.5V supply. This surface-mount component, housed in a 20-TSSOP package, offers 0.15µs propagation delay and 500mV receiver hysteresis. Suitable for applications requiring reliable serial communication across a wide temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
