Features a 120Kbps data rate and operates with a dual supply voltage of 12V, with minimum and maximum supply voltages of 4.5V and 5.5V respectively. Packaged in a 14-pin PDIP for through-hole mounting, this RoHS compliant component offers a 1mA supply current and 10µs propagation delay. Operating temperature range is 0°C to 70°C.
