Single transmitter/receiver bus transceiver for RS-485 and RS-422 interfaces. Features a 10Mbps minimum data rate and supports multipoint data transmission with differential signaling. This surface-mount IC is housed in an 8-pin SOIC N narrow body package with gull-wing leads, measuring 4.9mm x 3.9mm x 1.37mm. Operates from a single 5V supply (4.75V to 5.25V) with a maximum supply current of 10mA, and supports up to 128 drivers and receivers per line.
