Dual 4-channel multiplexer, surface mount, SSOP package. Features 100 Ohm on-resistance and operates with a dual supply voltage range of 3V to 8V, or a single supply from 2.7V to 16V. Maximum power dissipation is 640mW, with an operating supply current of 7uA. Suitable for logic interfaces and operates across a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
