
High-performance voltage feedback amplifier IC featuring a 3-channel, 3-circuit configuration. Delivers an 85MHz -3dB bandwidth and 80MHz bandwidth with a 500V/µs slew rate. Operates from dual supplies between 2.25V and 5.5V, or single supply from 4.5V to 11V. Offers 60dB voltage gain, 95mA output current per channel, and 55mA output current. Features 70dB CMRR and 65dB PSRR, with low input bias current of 15µA. Packaged in a 14-pin TSSOP for surface mounting.
