CMOS audio/video switch IC featuring 350MHz -3dB bandwidth and 4 channels. This multiplexer/demultiplexer operates with single or dual supplies from 2.7V to 6V, offering an on-state resistance of 60 Ohms. Designed for surface mount with a 0.65mm pitch SSOP-20 package, it functions up to 10 MHz with a low operating supply current of 1µA.
