
16-bit monotonic serial voltage output digital-to-analog converter (DAC) for surface mount applications. Features a single DAC channel with a unipolar output polarity and a 5V operating supply voltage range of 4.75V to 5.25V. Integral nonlinearity is 16 LSB, with a full-scale error of 10 LSB. Interface supports SPI and serial protocols, with a settling time of 1µs. Packaged in an 8-pin SOIC with dimensions of 5mm length, 4mm width, and 1.5mm height.
