This low-power IC offers a 4µs settling time and operates from a single 2.7V to 5.5V supply, consuming 420µA. The unipolar output is provided in a compact 3mm x 3mm x 0.95mm UMAX surface-mount package. Integral nonlinearity is rated at 16 LSB, with a maximum operating temperature of 85°C.
