Housed in a 44-pin MQFP surface-mount package with gull-wing leads, measuring 10.11mm x 10.11mm x 2.2mm (max). Operates from -40°C to 85°C with a 3.3V digital supply. Includes external sense resistor capability and a typical circuit breaker threshold of 125-160mV.
