Surface mount voltage detector IC with a 2.32V threshold voltage, offering 2.5% accuracy. Features a wide operating supply voltage range from 1.2V to 5.5V and a low operating supply current of 1µA. This simple reset/power-on reset circuit provides an active-high, push-pull output and a reset timeout of 20µs. Designed for TO-236-3 packaging, it operates between -40°C and 85°C and is lead-free and RoHS compliant.
