The MAX6383LT16D7+T is a surface mount Simple Reset/Power-On Reset IC designed for operation over a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C. It monitors a single supply voltage and provides an active low reset signal when the supply voltage falls below 1.54V or rises above 1.61V. The IC has a maximum power dissipation of 167.7mW and an operating supply current of 7uA. It is available in a tape and reel package with 2500 units per reel.
