The MAX6388LT42D7+T is a dual-voltage supervisor IC with a totem-pole output. It operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C and is RoHS compliant. The device monitors two supply voltages and provides an active-high reset signal when the voltage falls below the undervoltage threshold of 4.1V or rises above the overvoltage threshold of 4.31V. The supervisor has a low operating current of 7uA and a maximum power dissipation of 167.7mW. It is available in a WFDFN-6 package and is suitable for use in surface-mount applications.
