Surface mount voltage detector IC with a single monitored voltage. Features an active-low reset output and a reset timeout of 14µs. Operates from a 1V to 6V supply voltage with a low supply current of 3.5µA. Reset threshold voltage is 2.2V, with an undervoltage threshold of 2.167V and an overvoltage threshold of 2.233V. Packaged in a TO-236-3 (SOT23-3) case, this lead-free, RoHS compliant component is suitable for operation between -40°C and 125°C.
