Features a 2.1V threshold voltage with ±2.5% accuracy, supporting undervoltage detection down to 2.069V and overvoltage detection up to 2.132V. Operates from 1.2V to 6V supply voltage, consuming a maximum of 3.5µA. Includes a 260ms reset delay and 150ms reset timeout. Packaged in a 3-pin SC-70 for surface mounting, this lead-free, RoHS-compliant component is supplied on tape and reel.
