Surface mount voltage detector IC with active-low reset. Features a reset threshold voltage range of 4.334V to 4.466V, with an accuracy of 2.5%. Operates from 1.2V to 6V supply voltage, consuming a maximum of 3.5µA. Includes a 260ms reset delay and 150ms reset timeout. Suitable for operation between -40°C and 125°C, this lead-free, RoHS-compliant component is supplied in tape and reel packaging.
