Operates with a supply voltage from 4.5V to 5.5V and consumes a maximum supply current of 10mA. Includes a watchdog timer and active high/low reset with a 35ms timeout. Packaged in a 16-pin SOIC, this RoHS compliant component operates from -40°C to 85°C.
