
Supervisory circuit featuring a 4.4V threshold voltage, designed for power management. This integrated circuit monitors a single voltage with an overvoltage threshold of 4.5V and an undervoltage threshold of 4.25V. It includes a watchdog timer and provides an active-low, totem-pole reset output with a 140ms timeout. Operating across a supply voltage range of 1.2V to 5.5V, it consumes a maximum supply current of 500µA. Packaged in a lead-free, 8-pin SOIC surface-mount case (5mm x 4mm x 1.5mm), it operates from -40°C to 85°C.
