Fixed positive LDO regulator offering a 2.77V nominal output voltage with a maximum output current of 0.3A. Features a low dropout voltage of 0.155V typical, up to 0.22V maximum. Operates with an input voltage range of 2.5V to 6.5V, with an absolute maximum input of 7V. This CMOS regulator is housed in an 8-terminal PDSO package, measuring 3mm x 3mm, suitable for miniature applications. It provides excellent line and load regulation, with maximums of 0.0111% and 0.005% respectively. Operating temperature range spans from -40°C to 85°C.
