Fixed positive LDO regulator offering a 2.5V output voltage with a maximum dropout voltage of 0.12V. Features a 0.15A maximum output current and operates within a 2.5V to 5.5V input voltage range. This 5-terminal CMOS device is housed in a compact SOT-23 (PDSO-G5) package with dimensions of 1.6mm width and 2.9mm length. It provides excellent line and load regulation, with maximum values of 0.0146% and 0.12% respectively, and operates across a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
