Dual low-power operational amplifier featuring rail-to-rail input and output. This CMOS amplifier offers a 1.5 MHz gain bandwidth product and operates from single supply voltages of 1.8V to 5.5V or dual supplies from ±0.9V to ±2.75V. Housed in an 8-pin SC-70 (SOT-323) surface-mount package with gull-wing leads, it provides a minimum PSRR of 119 dB. Operating temperature range is -40°C to 125°C.
