This silicon bidirectional transient voltage suppressor diode features a maximum operating temperature of 175 degrees Celsius and a minimum operating temperature of -65 degrees Celsius. It has a maximum reverse voltage of 11 volts and a maximum non-repetitive peak reverse power dissipation of 500 milliwatts. The diode is packaged in a DO-15 axial lead configuration and is suitable for use in a variety of applications.
