The AVR128DA32T-I/PT is a member of the AVR® DA family of microcontrollers featuring the AVR® CPU with hardware multiplier, running at up to 24 MHz with 128 KB of Flash, 16 KB of SRAM, and 512B of EEPROM. It is designed to bring capacitive touch sensing and real-time control functions to applications including industrial control, home appliance products, automotive, and Internet of Things (IoT). The device includes Core Independent Peripherals (CIPs) such as Event System and Configurable Custom Logic (CCL), along with a 12-bit differential ADC and a Peripheral Touch Controller (PTC) for human interface applications.
