Microchip MCP3564RT-E/NC 24-bit 153.6 kSPS Delta-Sigma ADC with Internal Vref, 20-UQFN
The MCP3564RT-E/NC is a 24-bit Delta-Sigma Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC) featuring a programmable data rate up to 153.6 kSPS. It includes an integrated internal voltage reference with 15 ppm/°C drift and an internal oscillator. The device offers high-precision performance with 107.2 dB SNR and 23.3-bit ENOB. It supports 4 differential or 8 single-ended input channels through an integrated multiplexer and features a programmable gain amplifier (PGA) from 0.33X to 64X. The converter includes advanced security features like CRC and register map lock, and an internal sequencer (SCAN mode) for automatic conversion loops without MCU intervention.
