An 8-bit CMOS Flash Microcontroller operates at up to 20 MHz, featuring 7 KB of Flash program memory, 368 bytes of RAM, and 256 bytes of EEPROM. It offers 16 I/O pins, a 10-bit ADC with 7 channels, and dual analog comparators, complemented by integrated peripherals including Capture/Compare/PWM (CCP), Synchronous Serial Port (SSP) supporting SPI and I2C, Addressable Universal Synchronous Asynchronous Receiver Transmitter (AUSART), and three timers (two 8-bit, one 16-bit). Flexible clocking is provided by an internal (8 MHz to 31 kHz) or external oscillator, with operation across a 2.0V to 5.5V voltage range and a -40°C to +85°C temperature range. Optimized for low-power applications using nanoWatt Technology and power-managed modes, the component is housed in an 18-pin PDIP (0.300", 7.62mm) package for through-hole mounting.
