This 1.024 MHz MEMS oscillator features a very thin dual flat no lead exposed pad package, suitable for surface mount applications. It operates over a supply voltage range of 1.7V to 3.6V and is stable within ±10 ppm. The device can be used with a load capacitance of up to 15 pF, and its maximum symmetry is 55 degrees. The oscillator is designed to operate within a temperature range of 0°C to 70°C.
