This 6.6128 MHz MEMS oscillator features a very thin dual flat no lead exposed pad package, suitable for surface mount applications. It operates over a supply voltage range of 1.7V to 3.6V and a temperature range of -20C to 70C. The oscillator has a frequency stability of ±10 and a maximum symmetry of 55. It can drive a load capacitance of up to 15pF.
