The DSC1001AI1-001.6000 is a surface-mount MEMS oscillator with a standard frequency of 1.6 MHz and a frequency stability of ±50 ppm. It operates within a supply voltage range of 1.7V to 3.6V and is suitable for temperatures between -40°C and 85°C. The oscillator is packaged in a very thin dual flat no lead exposed pad (VDFN EP) with a lead shape of no lead and a seated plane height of 0.85 mm.
