This 32.768 kHz MEMS oscillator features a 6-pin VDFN package with a very thin dual flat no lead design. It operates over a temperature range of -40 to 85°C and has a frequency stability of ±25. The oscillator requires a minimum operating supply voltage of 2.25V and a maximum of 3.6V. It can drive a load capacitance of up to 15pF with a maximum symmetry of 55.
