This 33.4 MHz MEMS oscillator features a very thin dual flat no lead, exposed pad package and operates over a temperature range of -20 to 70°C. It requires a supply voltage between 2.25 and 3.6V and has a load capacitance of 15pF. The oscillator has a frequency stability of ±10 ppm and a maximum symmetry of 55%. It is suitable for surface mount applications and is available in a VDFN EP package.
