This 6-pin VDFN EP MEMS oscillator features a standard frequency of 97.1 MHz with a frequency stability of ±25 ppm. It operates over a supply voltage range of 2.25 to 3.6V and is suitable for use in temperatures from -55 to 125°C. The oscillator is packaged in a very thin dual flat no lead, exposed pad configuration with a seated plane height of 0.85 mm and a pin pitch of 2.54 mm.
