This 32.768 kHz MEMS oscillator features a frequency stability of ±25 and a load capacitance of 15 pF. It operates over a supply voltage range of 2.25 to 3.6V and is suitable for use in temperatures between -40 and 85°C. The oscillator is packaged in a very thin dual flat no lead (VDFN) package with a 6-pin count and measures 3.2mm in length, 2.5mm in width, and 0.83mm in height.
