It operates over a supply voltage range of 2.25 to 3.6 volts and is suitable for use in temperatures from -55 to 125°C. The device is packaged in a very thin dual flat no lead (VDFN) package with a 6-pin count and measures 3.2 mm in length, 2.5 mm in width, and 0.83 mm in height.
