This 92.5 MHz MEMS oscillator is a surface mount device with a very thin dual flat no lead, exposed pad package. It operates over a supply voltage range of 2.25 to 3.6 volts and is functional within a temperature range of -20 to 70 degrees Celsius. The oscillator has a frequency stability of ±10 and a maximum symmetry of 52. It can drive a load capacitance of up to 15 pF.
