Monitors one voltage with a reset threshold range of 4.5V to 4.75V, and an overvoltage threshold of 4.75V. Operates from 1V to 5.5V supply voltage with a typical supply current of 45µA. Includes a 150ms reset timeout and is RoHS compliant.
