Single-channel power supply supervisor IC with active-low, totem-pole output. Features a reset threshold voltage of 2.32V, with a minimum undervoltage threshold of 2.285V and a maximum overvoltage threshold of 2.355V. Operates from 1V to 5.5V supply voltage with a quiescent current of 1µA and a maximum supply current of 1.75µA. Includes a reset timeout of 80ms. Packaged in a 3-pin SC-70 surface-mount plastic package, this lead-free and RoHS-compliant component is supplied on tape and reel.
