Surface mount, 3-pin, lead-free power supply support circuit with a single voltage monitored. Features a 4.38V threshold voltage, with a minimum reset threshold of 4.314V and a maximum of 4.446V. Operates from 1V to 5.5V supply voltage, consuming a maximum of 1.75µA quiescent current. Offers an active-low, TOTEM-POLE output and an 80ms reset timeout. Packaged in SOT-23-3 for tape and reel distribution.
