Monitors a single voltage supply with a threshold of 2.9V, featuring undervoltage detection down to 2.857V and overvoltage detection up to 2.944V. Operates from 1V to 5.5V with a low quiescent current of 1µA and a maximum supply current of 1.75µA. Packaged in a 3-pin TO-92 through-hole plastic package, measuring 4.62mm (H) x 3.62mm (W) x 4.71mm (L). Lead-free and RoHS compliant, suitable for operation between -40°C and 125°C.
