1-channel power supply support circuit, a simple reset/power-on reset IC in a TO-92 package. Features a reset threshold voltage of 2.32V (2.285V to 2.355V), operating supply voltage range of 1V to 5.5V, and a low quiescent current of 1µA. This lead-free, RoHS-compliant component offers active low reset with an 80ms timeout and a maximum supply current of 20µA. Designed for through-hole mounting, it operates within a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
