Simple Reset/Power-On Reset IC, designed for single-channel power supply support. Features a reset threshold voltage of 4.375V with ±5% accuracy, operating between 4.25V and 4.5V. This surface mount component, housed in an SOIC package, offers a wide operating voltage range from 1V to 5.5V and a low supply current of 60µA. It includes an active-low reset output with a 150ms reset timeout and is RoHS compliant.
