Surface mount supervisory circuit with a single channel and SOT-23-5 package. Features a reset threshold voltage of 2.9V, monitoring a single voltage. Operates with a supply voltage range of 1V to 5.5V and a low supply current of 10µA. Includes a watchdog timer and provides active high/active low reset with a 140ms timeout. Maximum power dissipation is 240mW, with an operating temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
