Features a fixed output voltage with a tolerance of ±3%, and a nominal dropout voltage of 0.178V at 250mA. Operates from a 3.5V to 6V input voltage range, with an absolute maximum input of 6.5V. Housed in a 3-pin SOT-23 package (R-PDSO-G3), this single-output IC offers line regulation of 0.0625% and load regulation of 0.0375%. Designed for automotive applications with AEC-Q100 and TS 16949 screening.
