Dual-output positive LDO regulator with fixed 1.5V and 2.8V outputs, capable of delivering up to 0.15A and 0.3A respectively. Features low dropout voltages of 0.12V at 150mA and 0.24V at 300mA, with ±1% output voltage accuracy. Surface-mount DFN EP package (3x3x0.85mm) with 10 pins, supporting input voltages from 2.25V to 5.5V. Includes current limit and thermal shutdown protection, with typical ground current of 0.06mA and output noise voltage of 30 uVrms.
