Dual-output positive LDO regulator with fixed 1.8V and 2.85V outputs, capable of delivering up to 0.15A and 0.3A respectively. Features include 1.8V/2.85V fixed output voltages, 0.15A/0.3A maximum output current, and a wide input voltage range of 2.25V to 5.5V. This 10-pin DFN EP surface-mount component offers ±1% output voltage accuracy, low dropout voltages of 0.12V (150mA) and 0.24V (300mA), and integrated current limit, shutdown, and thermal protection. Operating from -40°C to 125°C, it boasts a typical PSRR of 60 dB and low quiescent current of 0.048mA.
