Dual-output positive fixed LDO voltage regulator in a 10-pin DFN EP package (3x3x0.85mm). Features 0.15A and 0.3A maximum output currents, 2.25V to 5.5V input voltage range, and ±1% output accuracy. Dropout voltage is 0.12V at 150mA and 0.24V at 300mA. Includes current limit and thermal shutdown protection. Operates from -40°C to 125°C.
