Dual-output positive fixed LDO regulator with 3V and 3.3V outputs, capable of delivering up to 0.15A or 0.3A. Features a 2.25V to 5.5V input voltage range and low dropout voltages of 0.12V at 150mA and 0.24V at 300mA. Housed in a compact 3x3mm DFN EP package for surface mounting, this 10-pin IC offers ±1% output voltage accuracy, current limit, and thermal shutdown protection. Operates across a wide temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
