Positive fixed 2.5V LDO voltage regulator with 0.15A maximum output current. Features a 6-pin DFN EP surface mount package (2mm x 2mm x 0.85mm). Offers ±1% output voltage accuracy, low 0.06V typical dropout voltage at 150mA, and excellent line/load regulation. Operates from 2.25V to 5.5V input, with typical quiescent current of 0.09mA. Includes current limit and thermal shutdown protection.
